"I've realized that a little mindfulness and movement can truly make a difference."

Whether you're here for the first time or a regular reader, thank you for joining me!

I'm your companion trainer, Starter Shiori.

Kayo san, a woman in her 30s working in an office, who had been participating in the monitoring program since September, has completed her program! Although she had some prior exercise experience, the sedentary nature of her office job led to concerns about swelling.

After three months of altering her diet and maintaining a workout routine, here are the results for Kayo san:

Waist: 79.6cm → 76.7cm Weight: 58.2kg → 56.4kg Body Fat Percentage: 28.0% → 25.0% Muscle Mass: 39.4kg → 39.8kg Basal Metabolic Rate: 1237kcal → 1237kcal Visceral Fat Level: 4.0 → 3.5

Great job on these positive changes!

It seems that while Kayo san's overall body fat percentage was slightly higher initially, she wasn't considered obese. Although the numeric changes might not be extreme, the personal satisfaction comes from the remarkable transformation in her abdomen, back, and arms. Great job, Kayo san!

Here is Kayo san's feedback:

  1. Why did you decide to start this program?

I was concerned about my body shape, but I wasn't paying attention to my diet and lifestyle, and I didn't know what to do.

2. If you have any thoughts or realizations after undergoing the program, please share them with us.

I realized that even with a little bit of attention and some movement, things can really change.

3. What was your impression of the trainer?

She tailored the program based on my current physical condition and left a very attentive impression.

4. Did you feel and notice any changes in your mindset, body, or other aspects before and after participating in the program?

Yes.

5. Who would you recommend this program to?

Those who don't know where to start but want to do something and make a change.

6. For those who are unsure about joining the program, could you please share a few words of encouragement?

If you can't change on your own or if you feel like you can't do it alone, I think you should give it a try."

Thank you so much for the past three months, Kayo-san! Since your nutrition is already on point, please continue with stretching, running, and self-massage. Keep up the good work!
