Yes, I've been making some changes to my title recently. As I mentioned before, I consider running, strength training, stretching, dietary habits, and sleep habits to be the ultimate combination for effective weight loss, so I'm currently revising my programs.

Now, let me reintroduce the one and only method for successful weight loss—three simple steps.

Are you ready?

Here we go:

  1. Understand your current situation.
  2. Decide to lose weight.
  3. Take action.

It's simple, but that's it.

Why? Because if one of these is missing, it won't work.

You might be thinking, "Shiori, if someone can 'take action,' they're already doing it!" Well, some people might think that, for sure.

However, people who can't "take action" often haven't made a decision or don't feel the necessity because they don't understand their current situation.

In fact, I had a client whose weight wasn't changing much. But after seeing the numbers and potential risks in a health checkup, their eating habits changed overnight, and the weight dropped significantly.

There are also those who declare their intentions on social media and keep up with their workouts.



This applies not only to weight loss but to any goal. The three steps for achieving a goal are: Understand your current situation, decide, and take action.
